Merchandise Pricer - Chanhassesn, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Merchandise Pricer prices donated products to meet store production standards and sales goals and selects quality donated products for e-commerce. The role supports weekly production goals, in-stock inventory levels, and e-commerce goals while promoting and adhering to Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s mission and values. The position follows store policies and procedures, carries out directives in a timely manner, and provides welcoming customer service throughout the store. It also helps provide a safe environment for employees and customers and supports a work environment where program participants can be trained and developed as they pursue their goals. This is a part-time position. A typical schedule is up to 20 hours per week. The posted pay range is $16.06–$22.09 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Price donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals.

- Deliver high-quality saleable products on time to meet weekly production goals, maintain in-stock inventory levels, and support e-commerce goals.
- Follow store policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
- Provide a high level of customer service and help ensure customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help provide a work environment that trains and develops participants in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
