Merchandise Pricer - Stillwater, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Merchandise Pricer prices donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals, and selects quality donated products within Goodwill stores for E-Commerce. The role promotes and follows Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. The position supports production goals and in-stock inventory by delivering high-quality, saleable products at the right time. It follows store policies, procedures, and directives; provides welcoming customer service; contributes to a safe environment for employees and customers; and helps create a work environment where program participants can be trained and developed toward their goals. This is a part-time role with a typical schedule of up to 20 hours per week. The pay range is $16.06–$22.09 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Price donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals.
- Select quality donated products for E-Commerce.
- Deliver high-quality, saleable products at the right time to meet weekly production goals and maintain in-stock inventory levels and E-Commerce goals.
- Follow store policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
- Provide a high level of customer service and help ensure customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
- Promote and adhere to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.
