Merchandise Pricer - Shakopee, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Merchandise Pricer is responsible for pricing donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals, as well as selecting quality donated products within Goodwill stores for E-Commerce. The role promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. The position supports weekly production goals by delivering high-quality, salable products at the right time and maintaining in-stock inventory levels and e-commerce goals. It follows store policies, procedures, and directives; provides welcoming, high-quality customer service; helps create a work environment where program participants can be trained and developed; and contributes to a safe environment for employees and customers. This is a part-time role with a typical schedule of up to 20 hours per week. Pay is $16.06–$22.09 per hour. Retail locations are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The employer describes limited holiday hours, no overnight shifts, and no late closing shifts.

Responsibilities
- Price donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals.
