About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The position offers full-time and part-time options, with a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office. Work is outpatient and weekday-based, with schedule autonomy across hybrid and telehealth arrangements. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical record system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide services in person at clinics and/or through telehealth.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to licensure.
