Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Mental Health Therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes delivering telehealth services from a home office, and may choose a full-time or part-time schedule. The role offers weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000. LifeStance provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical records system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The practice also handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.

- Participate in weekly case consultations.
