Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. Therapists may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office, or work in person at one of the listed Massachusetts locations. The position offers schedule autonomy and weekday outpatient work. Annual compensation potential is $75,000–$100,000, based on productivity. LifeStance Health provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The company also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide services in person at clinics and/or through telehealth, including from a home office.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Perform clinical and administrative functions needed to maintain a successful practice.
