Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time therapists for outpatient mental healthcare. Therapists provide evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting, in person at clinics and through telehealth. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. The role offers schedule autonomy and access to offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education. Support staff assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. Compensation is based on productivity, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Hold one of the listed therapist credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Deliver care in person at clinics and through telehealth.
- Perform essential clinical and administrative functions required to maintain a successful practice.
