About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. The role is available in locations throughout Massachusetts, including Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, and Woburn. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. Its clinical and administrative infrastructure is intended to allow therapists to focus on clinical work. Compensation is based on productivity, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental healthcare to clients.
Provide telehealth services from a home office when working a hybrid schedule.
