Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. The role is available across multiple Massachusetts locations. LifeStance Health provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. The compensation model is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Must hold one of the listed credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.
- Provide telehealth services from a home office when working a hybrid schedule.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to the clinician’s license.
