About The Position
The Mental Health Direct Support Professional provides direct support to adults with mental illness, helping them achieve recovery and independent living goals in a safe, supportive residential setting. The role involves person-centered care, assistance with daily living and community integration, support for treatment goals, medication support as trained, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must meet all background check and training requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support.
