About The Position
The Mental Health Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct support to adults with mental illness, helping them achieve recovery and independent living goals in a safe, supportive residential setting. The role includes person-centered assistance with daily living and community integration, supporting treatment goals, documenting services, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must meet all background check and training requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support.
- Assist clients with daily living skills, budgeting, transportation, and community integration.
