About The Position

As a Facility Ops Team Member, the Men's Locker Room Attendant ensures the cleanliness of the facility while providing great customer service. Club spaces must be clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's presentation standards. The role includes maintaining indoor and outdoor cleanliness and safety, caring for towels and locker rooms, managing the use of supplies within department budget guidelines, and responding to member inquiries. This is an hourly position, with wages starting at $17.25 and paying up to $21.50 based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
Wash, fold, and stock member towels, and keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
Ensure locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals are used in accordance with the amount prearranged by the department budget.
Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
