About The Position

As a Facility Ops Team Member, the Men's Locker Room Attendant ensures the cleanliness of the facility while providing great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's presentation standards. The role maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety, keeps locker rooms neat and orderly, and responds to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels and ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals are used according to the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
