About The Position

The Men's Locker Room Attendant ensures members and guests have a positive experience at Bonita Bay Club by providing courteous, professional hospitality and anticipating their needs. The attendant keeps the entry, lounge, locker room, and wet areas clean and well-stocked; restocks supplies; and maintains coffee service to specifications. Duties also include shining and tagging shoes and returning them to lockers, answering member inquiries, handling laundry, and disposing of trash and dirty linens in designated areas.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods.
• Friendly, can-do attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Keep the entry, lounge, locker room, and wet areas clean and well-stocked.
• Restock supplies and materials.
• Maintain coffee service to specifications.
• Shine and tag shoes and return them to lockers.
• Answer member inquiries.
• Perform laundry duties.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper areas.
• Provide excellent hospitality and anticipate members' needs.
