About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a dependable, energetic part-time Membership Support Specialist in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The role supports customers, the sales team, and daily car wash operations. Specialists help provide a positive customer experience, assist with memberships and account updates, guide vehicles safely, maintain the site, and support routine equipment and operational tasks. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement may be available.

Car wash experience is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, answer questions, address concerns, and provide a positive customer experience.
Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting the sales team.
Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow safety procedures.
Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform trained routine preventative maintenance, and report equipment issues.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
Work with coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the customer experience.
