• No car wash experience? No problem! We provide training to help you learn the job and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help make every visit a great experience.
• Support Our Sales Team: Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting our sales team.
• Guide Vehicles Safely: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the Site Looking Great: Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance as trained, and report equipment issues.
• Support Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
• Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Bring the WOW Factor: Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver the customer experience Waves is known for.
