About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Membership Support Specialist in Powdersville, South Carolina. This role helps create an excellent customer experience while supporting the sales team and daily car wash operations. The position involves customer service, membership assistance, safely guiding vehicles, site cleaning, basic equipment support, and opening and closing tasks. Training is provided, and team members may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or advance into leadership roles.

Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Car wash experience is not required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help provide a positive visit.
- Assist customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting the sales team.
- Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow safety procedures.
- Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
- Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance as trained, and report equipment issues.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
- Work with coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver a strong customer experience.
