Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive visit.
• Support the sales team by assisting customers with membership inquiries, account updates, and applications.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, monitor for potential vehicle issues, and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the site, including vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• Assist with equipment maintenance by monitoring chemical levels, refilling supplies, performing basic preventative maintenance, and reporting any equipment problems.
• Support daily operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, operating the point-of-sale system, and completing assigned tasks and checklists.
• Collaborate with coworkers and management to ensure the location is clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Demonstrate initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the distinctive customer experience Waves is known for.
