About The Position
Zone Health and Fitness, one of Ocala’s fastest-growing gyms, is seeking an energetic, sales-minded, and passionate Membership Sales Associate. This role involves connecting with potential members, retaining and growing the membership base, and providing top-notch customer service. The associate will represent the brand with energy, positivity, and professionalism, and will also assist with front desk tasks, marketing efforts, and community events.
Requirements
- 1+ years sales experience
- Customer service background preferred
- Goal-oriented, organized, and confident communicator
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)
- Cheerful, energetic, and team-player attitude
- Flexible schedule to work mid -closing shifts, weekends, and a minimum of 20 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential members through calls, emails, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Retain and grow the membership base while providing top-notch customer service.
- Represent the brand with energy, positivity, and professionalism.
- Assist with front desk tasks, marketing efforts, and community events.
