Part-Time Membership Advisor
About The Position
DivaDance is seeking a confident, people-focused Membership Advisor to join their team in McKinney/Allen/Plano. This role is crucial in converting first-time visitors into long-term members. The Membership Advisor will be a primary point of contact for new clients, understanding their goals and recommending suitable membership options. Responsibilities include booking future classes, following up with leads and trial clients, engaging new members, and fostering community connections. During class shifts, the advisor will also assist with client check-in, address inquiries, manage studio operations, and create social media content. The ideal candidate is curious, positive, coachable, dependable, and motivated by membership goals, with a passion for meeting new people, guiding decisions, and building genuine relationships. Prior experience in sales, membership, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of two class shifts per week, primarily during evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Welcome first-time clients and understand their goals, motivations, and expectations from DivaDance.
- Discuss membership options and recommend the best fit for each client.
- Assist first-time guests in booking their next class before they depart.
- Follow up with leads, trial clients, and new members to maintain engagement and encourage routine building.
- Build relationships by introducing new clients to instructors and members, fostering a sense of community.
- Maintain detailed client notes for personalized follow-up conversations.
- Support check-in processes, address client questions, ensure studio readiness, and manage overall class flow.
- Capture required social media content during designated times.
