About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is hiring dependable, energetic Membership Support Specialists to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the sales team and daily car wash operations. The role involves assisting customers with memberships and account questions, safely guiding vehicles through the wash, maintaining the site and equipment, and helping with daily operating procedures. The position is active and hands-on, and the company provides training for applicants without car wash experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help create a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting the sales team.
- Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain clean vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
- Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance, and report equipment issues.
- Help with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, complete assigned checklists, and assist with daily reporting.
- Support coworkers and management to keep the location operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional attitude, follow company policies, and help deliver the expected customer experience.
