About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking dependable, energetic part-time Membership Support Specialists in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The role helps create a positive customer experience, supports membership sales and daily site operations, and keeps the car wash clean, safe, and running smoothly. The position offers training and may provide opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or advance into leadership roles.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and applications while supporting the sales team.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow safety procedures.
• Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform trained routine preventative maintenance, and report equipment issues.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
• Work with coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver the customer experience Waves is known for.
