About The Position
Crunch Fitness is seeking a passionate front desk agent to support its Michigan market as the company grows. The role focuses on creating a positive, inclusive experience for members and prospects, promoting memberships and services, and helping maintain the facility. The position is part-time and in person.
Requirements
- Must be a United Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Know membership services and gym equipment well enough to inform members and answer questions.
- Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
