About The Position

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Membership Service Representative to support its Michigan market as the company grows. The role focuses on creating a positive, inclusive front-desk experience, helping prospects learn about the gym and enroll in memberships, and providing information about membership services and equipment. The position is part-time and works in person. Listed shifts include weekday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and weekend evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
