About The Position
Crunch Fitness is seeking a passionate, dedicated front desk agent to support its growing Michigan market. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow with the company while helping create a positive, inclusive experience for members and supporting membership sales. The representative welcomes members at the front desk, assists prospects with gym tours and enrollment, answers questions about membership services and equipment, maintains records in Crunch Fitness systems, and helps ensure the facility is clean.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Know membership services and gym equipment in order to inform members and answer their questions.
- Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
