About The Position
Crunch Fitness is seeking a passionate front desk team member to support its growing Michigan market. The Membership Service Representative creates a positive, inclusive experience for members and prospects, provides information about membership services and gym equipment, and supports membership sales and facility cleanliness. The role is part-time, in person, and offers shifts of four or eight hours, including morning and evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Understand membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
- Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
