About The Position
The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact for potential United States Army recruits. The representative provides essential information, helps shape recruits’ first impression, and supports the recruitment process. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication on behalf of the United States Army. The position is located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and works an evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Gather and record contact information from potential United States Army recruits.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Manage and distribute recruitment leads to appropriate local recruiters.
