About The Position
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role also manages maintenance shop inventory, including receiving and storing parts, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous receivers, while maintaining a safe work environment and following company policies and procedures. The position is available across all shifts. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of prior experience in maintenance and/or refrigeration.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and fabrication.
