About The Position
Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent to support its Michigan market. The company describes itself as a fast-growing fitness company that invests in its people and product and offers opportunities to learn and grow. This role creates a welcoming experience for members, supports membership sales and prospect follow-up, and helps maintain facility cleanliness and accurate records. The position is part-time and performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Know membership services and gym equipment well enough to inform members and answer questions.
- Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
