About The Position
Crunch Fitness is seeking a passionate front desk agent to support its growing Michigan market. The company describes itself as a growth-minded fitness business that invests in its people and its product, and offers team members opportunities to learn and grow. The role focuses on creating a welcoming member experience, generating and following up on sales prospects, explaining membership services and gym equipment, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the facility is clean.

Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Know membership services and gym equipment well enough to inform members and answer questions.
- Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
