About The Position

Anytime Fitness is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Director who is energetic, reliable, highly motivated, and thrives in a goal-driven environment. The Membership Sales Director will be the face of the club for prospective members, guiding them towards a healthier and happier life.

Nice To Haves

Fitness industry experience.
Experience in Sales, Banking, Hospitality, Retail Management, Automotive Sales, Customer Service, Recruiting, Healthcare, Real Estate, Fitness, or Marketing.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective members and conduct personalized club tours.
Understand each person's goals and recommend the most suitable membership.
Confidently ask for the sale and help individuals overcome barriers to starting.
Follow up with new leads, contact referrals, and re-engage inactive prospects.
Maintain accurate notes using the CRM and build relationships for long-term memberships.
Build partnerships with local businesses, attend community events, and generate corporate memberships.
Create referral opportunities and represent Anytime Fitness in the community.
Assist with social media, promote club events, and execute local marketing campaigns.
Generate excitement around promotions and welcome every member with enthusiasm.
Build lasting relationships, support member retention, and resolve concerns professionally.
Help create an incredible club culture.
