About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Membership Sales Associate in Greenville, South Carolina. The role focuses on promoting and selling Wash Club memberships while providing a positive customer experience. Associates also support daily car wash operations, including directing vehicles, maintaining equipment and facilities, completing checklists, and processing transactions. The position is suited to outgoing, customer-focused people who enjoy sales and want to earn commission on membership sales.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and explain Wash Club memberships and available wash services.
Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Build customer relationships, provide a welcoming experience, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
Represent the Waves brand with a positive attitude and keep sales lanes and work areas presentable.
Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and accessories.
Identify vehicles that may need special attention or pre-wash preparation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
Monitor, refill, or change chemicals; assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
Clean and maintain vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, customer amenities, equipment, and designated areas.
Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, enter membership applications, and assist with account updates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and membership information.
Complete assigned hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Work with site leadership and teammates to support daily operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
