About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Membership Sales Associate (MSA) in Greenville, South Carolina. The MSA promotes Wash Club memberships and wash services, works toward sales goals, and delivers a positive customer experience. The position also supports car wash operations, facility cleanliness, administrative tasks, and teamwork with site leadership. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather, standing for extended periods, and performing physical cleaning and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and explain Wash Club memberships and available wash services.
Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Build customer relationships, provide a welcoming experience, answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
Represent the Waves brand positively and maintain a positive attitude.
Keep sales lanes and work areas clean, organized, and presentable; remain present in sales lanes during varying weather conditions.
Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and accessories.
Identify vehicles that may need special attention or pre-wash preparation, including those with heavy dirt or dirty tires and rims.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
Monitor chemical levels, refill or change chemicals, and assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
Maintain clean vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities; perform cleaning duties such as emptying trash, cleaning windows, wiping equipment, sweeping, and pressure washing designated areas.
Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
Enter new membership applications and assist with customer account updates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and membership information.
Complete assigned hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Work with site leadership and teammates to support smooth daily operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
