About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Membership Sales Associate (MSA) in Greenville, South Carolina. The MSA promotes and sells Wash Club memberships, explains available services, and delivers a welcoming customer experience while working toward sales goals. The role also supports daily car wash operations, including safely guiding vehicles, maintaining equipment and work areas, completing opening and closing procedures, and handling point-of-sale transactions and membership records. Associates work outdoors in varying weather conditions and may stand for extended periods, including shifts of eight hours or more. Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and explain the benefits of Wash Club memberships and available wash services.
- Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Build customer relationships, provide a positive experience, answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
- Represent the Waves brand with a positive attitude and keep sales lanes and work areas clean and presentable.
- Remain present in sales lanes during varying weather conditions.
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts, antennas, bumpers, headlights, and aftermarket accessories.
- Identify vehicles needing special attention or pre-wash preparation, including those with heavy dirt or dirty tires and rims.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
- Monitor, refill, or change chemical levels; assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
- Maintain vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities; perform cleaning duties such as emptying trash, cleaning windows, wiping equipment, sweeping, and pressure washing designated areas.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
- Enter new membership applications and assist customers with account updates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership information.
- Complete assigned hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Work with site leadership and teammates to support daily operations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
