About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Membership Sales Associate in Greenville, South Carolina. The role promotes and sells Wash Club memberships while providing a welcoming customer experience and supporting car wash operations. Associates work toward sales goals, answer customer questions, resolve issues, process transactions, and maintain accurate membership and sales records. They also help guide vehicles, perform opening and closing tasks, monitor chemicals, assist with basic maintenance, and keep customer and work areas clean. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather, standing for extended periods, and performing physical cleaning tasks. Paid training is provided, and previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and explain Wash Club memberships and available wash services.
Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Build customer relationships, provide a positive experience, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
Represent the Waves brand with a positive attitude.
Keep sales lanes and work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and accessories.
Identify vehicles that may need special attention or pre-wash preparation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
Monitor chemical levels, refill or change chemicals, and assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs.
Maintain clean vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities; perform assigned cleaning duties.
Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
Enter membership applications and assist customers with account updates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership information.
Complete assigned hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Work with site leadership and teammates to support daily operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
