About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate drives sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose suitable options. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Wash and its membership sales approach. The position is based primarily outdoors in a fast-paced environment and involves regular customer and team interaction, exposure to varying weather and equipment and vehicle noise, and prolonged standing and walking.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to different weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the role’s duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to identify customers’ needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Provide friendly, trusted customer service.

• Stay informed about the products and services offered.
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
