About The Position

The Car Wash Associate prepares, guides, and loads vehicles into the wash tunnel; applies bug spray while guiding vehicles; keeps the location supplied with clean towels; and helps ensure equipment is functioning properly. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience by anticipating customer needs, assisting with requests, building relationships, and handling vehicles with care while maintaining safety. Associates also perform location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership. The position is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced environment and may provide an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform prolonged periods of standing and walking, manual tasks, and equipment operation, with stamina and endurance throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Apply bug spray to vehicles while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Ensure the location is equipped with clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
• Perform cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety.
