About The Position

Stretch Zone is seeking a customer-focused Membership Sales Associate to support member success, contribute to team goals, and help people move and feel their best. The role involves educating members about practitioner-assisted stretching, meeting sales and performance targets, scheduling sessions, answering phones, responding to questions or concerns, and building long-term member relationships through follow-ups and engagement. Stretch Zone uses its Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM), in which practitioners identify postural and movement limitations and aim to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. The posting describes a career focused on maintaining and continually improving skills and expertise. Compensation consists of a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on new membership sales, with a stated range of $18.00–$27.00 per hour.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Training in the Stretch Zone® Methodology is provided.
As a minimum prerequisite to the Stretch Zone Methodology, the posting recommends a personal training certification from ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
