Membership Sales Associate
About The Position
The Membership Sales Associate supports member success and team sales goals in a customer-focused role at Stretch Zone. The position educates members about practitioner-assisted stretching, helps create a welcoming experience, and builds lasting member relationships through follow-ups and engagement. Responsibilities also include scheduling sessions, answering phones, and responding to member questions or concerns. Comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities to learn and grow in a new skill set. Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and established protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time. Its Stretch Zone Methodology works with the stretch reflex, and practitioners identify postural and movement limitations and address them through applied stretching sessions. The posting describes a broader emphasis on ongoing skill development and advancing the industry. Compensation is $18.00 per hour.
