We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio. We are actively hiring team members from the surrounding towns, including Westwood, NJ. We believe in a fun, upbeat environment, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Requirements
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion + previous sales experience
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance
- Evening and weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
- Assist Store Manager with coaching sales team
