About The Position
Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a positive, confident, and results-oriented Membership Sales Associate for its upscale sauna studio in Irvine Crossroads. The role focuses on connecting with people, promoting infrared sauna services and memberships, and providing exceptional member and guest experiences. Compensation is $18 per hour after successful completion of training, plus commission and bonuses. Requirements

- Prior sales experience.
- Evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships confidently in a commission-based atmosphere.
- Reach out to leads using the studio’s CRM.
- Promote the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership.
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
- Accommodate members and help them feel relaxed and welcome.
- Conduct studio tours for new guests.
- Answer questions about services and the facility.
- Maintain a clean facility, including turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
