About The Position
Join Stretch Zone as a Membership Sales Associate and help members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience is required; enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others are emphasized. The role combines customer service, member retention, and membership sales. Compensation is based on an hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales, with additional bonus potential based on studio performance. The posted compensation range is $19.00–$27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Welcome members and provide outstanding customer service.
- Schedule appointments and handle phone inquiries.
- Resolve members’ questions or concerns.
- Support member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and a smooth, positive member experience.
- Explain practitioner-assisted stretching and recommend membership packages aligned with client goals.
- Support sales goals and recommend add-on sessions.
- Continue sharpening client engagement skills and building rapport with clients.
