About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate works on the member service team at an upscale sauna studio in Irvine Crossroads. This role connects with prospective and current members, promotes infrared sauna services and memberships, supports bookings, and helps create a welcoming studio experience. Compensation is $18 per hour after successful training completion, plus commission and bonuses. The position also includes a free infrared sauna membership. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Responsibilities

Sell memberships in a commission-based environment.
Contact leads using the studio’s CRM.
Promote the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership.
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
Accommodate members and help them feel relaxed and welcome.
Conduct studio tours for new guests.
Answer questions about services and the facility.
Maintain a clean facility, including turning over and cleaning individual sauna rooms.
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
