About The Position
The Membership Sales Associate supports member success and contributes to team goals in a customer-focused role at Stretch Zone. The position educates members about practitioner-assisted stretching, helps meet performance and sales targets, and provides a welcoming experience through scheduling, phone support, and assistance with questions or concerns. It also builds long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement. Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time.
Requirements

- Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
