Membership Sales Associate - VERRADO
About The Position
As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose solutions that fit their needs. The role emphasizes customer service, integrity, trust, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Paid training covers Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” membership sales approach. This is an entry-level sales role focused on selling memberships and products that can save customers money. The position is primarily outdoors, with exposure to varied weather and moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles. It involves frequent interaction with customers and colleagues and a fast pace, especially during peak hours. Physical activity includes prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining stamina throughout the shift. Duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform the role’s duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ask questions to uncover customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide friendly, trusted customer service.
- Use communication skills to close sales and meet customer needs.
- Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
- Stay informed about offered products and services.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
