About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and guiding customers through their options using a consultative sales approach. This entry-level role focuses on finding solutions that meet customers’ needs, building trust, and selling membership products. Paid training covers Super Star Car Wash and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. The role is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with regular customer and colleague interaction. Team members should be adaptable to changing weather and busy periods and able to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout a shift.

Nice To Haves

Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.
