About The Position
The Membership Sales Associate supports member success and team goals in a customer-focused role at Stretch Zone. The position educates members about practitioner-assisted stretching, helps meet performance and sales targets, and creates a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and responding to questions or concerns. It also builds long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement. Training is provided, and the role offers opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and established protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and physical performance, reduce stiffness, and enhance reaction time. Its Stretch Zone Methodology works with the stretch reflex, with practitioners identifying postural and movement limitations and using applied stretching sessions to address them. Requirements
