About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Membership Sales Associate in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The role focuses on promoting and selling Wash Club Memberships while providing a welcoming, helpful customer experience. Associates work toward sales goals and earn commission, while also supporting car wash operations, maintaining the site, processing transactions, and completing assigned checklists and reports. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather, standing for extended periods, and performing physical cleaning and operational tasks. Paid training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and explain the benefits of Wash Club Memberships and available wash services.
Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Build positive customer relationships, answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
Represent the Waves brand with a positive attitude and keep sales lanes and work areas clean and organized.
Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and accessories.
Identify vehicles requiring special attention or pre-wash preparation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
Monitor, refill, or change chemical levels and assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
Maintain clean vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities; perform cleaning duties such as emptying trash, cleaning windows, sweeping, and pressure washing designated areas.
Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, enter membership applications, and assist with account updates.
Maintain accurate sales, customer interaction, and membership records.
Complete required hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Work with site leadership and teammates to support daily operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
