A studio with private suites where guests can book 40-minute sessions of Infrared Sauna + Red-light therapy. This allows the community to focus on their wellness, while we provide a clean and friendly studio. The culture of Perspire has been designed to make people feel seen and that starts with our team members.
Requirements
- Comfortable with one-on-one conversations
- Shows hospitality
- Has an interest in health & wellness
Responsibilities
- Sell Memberships
- Call leads to book their first session
- Talk about current promotions or challenges
- Listen to guest needs and provide recommendations
- Set-up the guest's suite based on their temp/light/tv preferences
- Talk about the benefits of IR Saunas
- Keep a clean facility
- Clean sauna suites
- Welcome all guests
- Answer the phone, send text messages and emails
