About The Position

The Membership Concierge I delivers high-quality customer service to members and guests and serves as their first point of contact. The role helps create a welcoming, valued experience at Life Time while building relationships that support member loyalty and healthy-living goals. This is an hourly closing-shift position, with wages starting at $15.00 and reaching $18.00 based on experience and qualifications. Team members must work at least 15 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of service or reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serving others.
• Effective communication skills, including good verbal communication.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time.

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintain current knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members and guests.
• Use a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Assist members with transactions and general account changes.
